What is included in the fee?

  • Rent, Bed, sheets, comforter, pillows

Entry procedures?

  • Rooms have a fingerprint lock on each door including the front. Once you move in it will be programmed and deleted upon move out

How many people will be sharing a room?

  • 2-3 with strictly defined areas for personal storage and food storage throughout the house.

  • All common areas are open to each resident
